Michael Port says, “The single most important act of any one individual thinking big is inspiring others to think big.
Truth be told, sometimes it’s easier to help others to think big than to do it ourselves. And here is the gift of thinking big… the process of helping others is what builds our confidence and increases our capacity for doing big things in the world.
So today, as a big thinker I very respectfully and humbly request that you tell 3 people about the Think Big Manifesto.
Together, we can make the world a better place. Together, we can make history. Here’s the link to Amazon.com for The Think Big Manifesto:”
And so while I was online buying the Think Big Manifesto I also picked up:
And in order to get “free” shipping I also bought:

Hi ya’ll ~
I received this message via a Facebook friend and I am considering taking the challenge. Of course, I’m also already thinking of ways that I can watch TV by not watching TV. Like, watching a movie from Netflix on my computer doesn’t count right?! Let me know what you think about the challenge and if you’re going to do it. Here it is:
Subject: Live your Life Challenge
A FB friend asked in their status, “What would happen if everyone stopped watching TV?” We had an interesting conversation speculating. Let’s find out! I dare everyone to stop watching TV for a week starting Fri. 4/24 and post your results in your status.
Pass it on to your friends.
p.s. I just finished watching Lost, one of my favorite tellie shows!

Oh I’ve missed you guys! I’ve been sick for almost 2 weeks. Acccckkkk!
But, I’m almost back to full health…no wait…allow me to reframe:
I AM BACK TO FULL HEALTH!!!!
I am full of energy. And I am full of joy and appreciation for a pain-free throat and a clear nose that I can breathe through. Woohoo! It feels good to be back to my usual sense of gratitude and endless possibilities.
So I’m curious. What do you do when you are sick? Do you give yourself the time and space to recover? Or do you beat yourself up for needing the down time? It’s such a challenge isn’t it?!
I’ve gotta admit that last week I bounced back and forth in between nurturing my body and attacking myself for not being able to do everything I had scheduled and wanted to do. But, this is what I know:
When the body needs rest and recuperation, the body needs rest and recuperation.
And in the future whenever I am in less than full health, I am willing to commit to give myself full permission to clear my schedule, rest, and nurture my body. The sooner I take care of me, the sooner I can get back to my regularly scheduled life!

This week I launched the very first Simply Fearless 8 Week Program! It is such an amazing process and I am running both an in-person and telephone group. Oh my gosh…as I typed that last sentence I realize that one of my dreams is coming true! How cool is that? I am living one of my dreams. Woohoo!
When I first designed it, I planned on writing one chapter in the workbook each week that we would discuss in class and that the participants could use in between classes. It’s a great structure – one that I’ve used many times as a student.
But, when I delved into the creative process I found that the structure was stifling the creativity. In fact, I kept second guessing myself and it took a long time to create. Well, guess what?
I’ve completely revamped the program and it rocks!
We now have a Learning Blog where I post DAILY Lessons and Practice Assignments. Can you believe it?! I can’t believe I’ve committed to posting a new lesson every day. But, the crazy thing is, it doesn’t feel overwhelming at all. In fact, it feels perfect. And I am loving it.
I love it when I give myself permission to get creative because the coolest things happen.
p.s. There’s still room if you’d like to join us :~)

Recently in my
Sexy Shoe Modeling and Pole Dance experience I learned that part of being an empowered woman is embracing, nurturing, and loving your sexuality and sex life. Well, one of the organizers of that event, Chrystal Bougon, has just launched a national campaign:
I am on a MISSION to get this VERY unassuming and discreet sex toy into the hands of every adult woman over the age of 18! I am going to need some help from my friends to spread the good word. I even created a website dedicated to this mission. It’s
http://www.FreeSilverBullet.com and it does have an image of a Silver Bullet on the front page. (But, it looks like a silver egg attached to a wire. Not pornographic or graphic in any way. Pretty tame as far as sex toys go.) You may be more familiar with my other website which is
http://www.BlissConnection.com which has LOTS of pics of more graphic toys. I separated the two so even those of you who are very shy can feel comfortable clicking over to this site and reading about the bullet and so you can read my article
“13 Ways to Use The Silver Bullet.” I think the bullet is the perfect toy for
- women who are new to toys,
- women who have difficulty having an orgasm,
- for couples who are new to toys, and
- for male partners who are bit nervous about toys. (Though very smart men know that toys HELP them, too! I have a blog about that here: http://budurl.com/SmartMen)
So here’s how you can help me - if you’re up for the challenge! Would you share my new VERY tasteful
site with your network, friends, your Twitter followers, on Facebook, etc?? I am pitching this MISSION to
the Ellen Show and really want to create a movement! Oprah, Barbara Walters and Dr. Berman are talking about sex toys and why they are critical to your sex life! The “universe” is ready for this and I am asking you to help me get the word out!
http://www.FreeSilverBullet.com The cost for the person ordering the bullet is only
$13.01. That gets the bullet to them via UPS ground and I am paying for the bullet, packaging, handling and sales tax. That delivers this super toy directly to their shipping address in a DISCREET box and our turn around time is one day. The bullet normally retails for about $15 online and about $20 at brick and mortar stores.
Please help spread the word on this very worthy cause and of course order one for you too!

It used to be that the “best” moms were ones that did everything all the time for everyone without ever asking for anything return. Yeah well, that was until we smartened up and realized that being everything to everyone is not only impossible, it’s crazy!
My Inspiration Lounge is taking a stand to redefine motherhood and has just launched the My Mom Rocks! contest:
What is a “Mom” Really?
June Cleaver used to epitomize the American Mom. Ok, we know June Cleaver was swell. But, really, she is just one definition of a “mom”, and very different from many of the moms of the new millennium! We even think the term “mom” should be redefined! A mom* can be any woman in your life who supports your dreams, builds your confidence, listens to you, is there for you, shows compassion, and just plain inspires you to be a better version of yourself!! Sure, sometimes she is actually your mother, but maybe she’s a grandmother, a friend’s mother, a teacher, a mentor, an aunt, a neighbor…you tell us who she is and why your mom* rocks!!
I personally adore Misty Gibbs (the founder of My Inspiration Lounge) and invite you to click here to enter a woman (or 2, 3, etc) who has been an instrumental part of your Mom Team! There are some really cool prizes. In fact, I hear there are even ones that haven’t been announced yet…

I’m taking the Foundations Class at the Center for Spiritual Living and one of our assignments was to do a guided meditation about love for a week. Here are some of my notes from what I learned through the experience:
- Focusing on love is easier with practice!
- I learned very young that it was not okay to love
- Today I gave my very young self permission to love her mommy
- She loves her mommy so much.
- She feels safe in her arms and she loves to cuddle
- She loves that her mommy is a big woman with brown hair
- Her mommy is soft and sweet
- Love feels tingly in my hands and arms – sometimes in my feet too
- Today love was not about sex, which was very nice
- Love is an emotion, sex is a physical act
- Love and sex are related and not exclusive
- It feels amazing to love
- It feels incredible to share my love with the world
- I did an exercise where I imagined my love growing from within me all the way through the stretch of the entire plane of existence – even to places I’ve never seen or can even comprehend right now
- And then I practiced shrinking the love back into my body
- It was a fun exercise that I enjoyed
- I also imagined loving all parts of myself from babyhood through childhood
- It gives me chills to imagine hugging my college self
- Oh this loving stuff is getting easier and easier!
- I’m so grateful for this exercise and that I am committed to it for every day this week
- The foundation of my day is love
- The foundation of my life is love
- It’s okay to love openly
- I’m free to love deeply
- Love is not going to kill me
- It’s okay to be vulnerable
- Life is better when you love openly
- I am strong and vulnerable
- It takes great strength to be vulnerable
- Love is our natural state of being
- Humans are loving machines
Wow this is cool!
