What would you wipe clean?

Stand Out

I draft blog posts in my head all the time.  Then I don’t post them.  And they are erased like a swipe across the white board.  Clean.  Gone.

Do you ever wish you could do that with your life? Wipe it clean and the thoughts you don’t want to torture you with are simply gone. The doubts you don’t want are replaced by the crisp, clean expanse of white possibility.

I’m tempted to edit and erase as I type, but I’m not going to so that I can appreciate the letters and words as they emerge for what they are.  Nothing more.  Nothing less.  Experience does tell me that the first draft is always the most powerful.  It might be the most raw, but is that a bad thing?

I know I’m rambling.  And I’m tempted to think real hard and tie it all together with something clever and thoughtful.  But, I’m going to pass on that too.  Because sometimes life rambles and thinking too hard only leads to headaches.

It’s too early in the morning for a headache.  Actually, no time of day is a good time for a headache.

I better go now.  My chiropractor told me that it’s super important to exercise right now as I go through some challenging times.  So off I go to stretch, run, and sweat.  I always feel better after a run.

Your Opportunity to be Featured on our FB Fan Page

join us on facebook

I would *LOVE* to host a weekly give-a-way on the Simply Fearless Facebook Fan Page, which means that this is your opportunity to be featured.  If you have a service or product that you would like to donate to our give-a-way, then please send an email at Cassandra@SimplyFearless.com with a description of your donation.

Once I have a collection of items, then I will launch the give-a-ways and all of the fans will automatically be entered.  Right now we have 30 fans…woohoo!…just a few minutes ago we had about 21.  We’re growing while I type this message.  Sweet!

So part of the intention of the give-a-way is to grow the SimplyFearless.com FB Fan Page community.  It is also to spread the word about your service or product.  Our community is full of ambitious and creative people who are dedicated to making their dreams come true.  This means we have a lot of entrepreneurs and people who aspire to open their own business.  We are also dedicated to being life-long learners and love to be inspired and challenged.

I’m looking forward to learning more about you and featuring you on Facebook.  Go now and send me that email with your give-a-way.

Do you have a personal & professional Twitter stream?

Follow me on Twitter

So when I first created my personal Twitter account I used “simplycassandra” and then when I created a Twitter stream for my business I used “simplyfearless”.  Then I decided I wanted to grab the user “CassandraRae” for obvious reasons and now I have 3 Twitter streams.  Crazy, huh?!  I’m a little perplexed about what to do with them and how to use them.

Then there’s the whole Twitter ~ Facebook connection.  For quite some time now my Simply Fearless Twitter stream has been automatically updating my personal Facebook status.  Now that I have a Facebook Fan Page, it’s also updating that status.  What I found is that anyone who has listed me as a FB friend and fanned my FB fan page will get a duplicate status, which is not cool.

So, it’s time to break the connection.  I’ve already rearranged things for my Simply Fearless Twitter Stream to only update my FB Fan Page and now I just need to figure out which personal Twitter stream to use.  Should I keep “simplycassandra” that has about 1200 followers or transition to “cassandrarae” that is brand new with almost no followers, but is probably better for searchability? Or should I keep them both?

What do you think? I’d love to hear about how you use Twitter.
