About

"I am not afraid...

Hi there ~

Welcome to my blog! I love connecting with people and I’m so glad you’re here.

I write about my life, my family, humanity, and how to make the absolute best out of your limited time on this earth. Because let’s face it:

You were born.
You will die someday.
So why not do something fearless and fabulous in between?

The main players in my life are:

My daughter – whom I refer to as The Girl – serves as the inspiration for A LOT of what I write. What can I say? She’s super cool. And a singer. Plus, she knows exactly how to piss me off! I mean, isn’t knowing how to process what pisses you off an important element to making the best out of your life?

The Hubs

My husband – whom I refer to as The Hubs – is the sweetest man I have ever known. He believes in me whole-heartedly and whenever I feel like giving up he wraps me in his arms, tells me how much he admires me, and gives me a kiss. Who wouldn’t try to conquer the world without that kind of support?!

Gracie

Our Chihuahua Gracie is totally my baby. I smother her with kisses and I love to hold her like an infant. She doesn’t like it too much so I don’t do it often, but she seriously fills that baby yearning within me. She is my first canine baby and I am so surprised by how much I love and adore her.

"Why?!"

This is Pauper the Cat. I have a love/hate thing going on with her and it depends on the day you ask if I like her or not. What can I say? She bites. Literally. I’ll be petting her and she’ll be purring and then, “Ouch!” But, I can’t write about my family without mentioning her because she completes my family of choice.

Well, there ya have it. I’d love to here about you, the main players in your life, and how you are making the best out of your life. Leave me a comment, send me an email, or give me a call.

    i am wayyyyy impressed.
  • Thank you so much, Paula! Congratulations on your new baby (your coaching practice, of course). Raising a coaching practice is the most heart-warming and frightening thing I've ever done! I'm glad you've found me and I would love to stay connected. Please let me know when your websites are up. I want to check them out - bridal coaching sounds amazing!

  • Casandra, I love you blog! It is beautiful and your beautiful spirit shines through. I applaud you on finding your passions and reconnecting with your creativity! I am currently a student at ICA, and am in the process of opening my coaching practice, Believe and Achieve Coaching (website under construction). I also have a Bridal Coaching practice, Perfect Bridal Coaching, (website also under construction) where I help Brides deal with all the issues that come up between Engagement through the first year of marriage. Of course, the key time for most Brides (I speak from experience), is the Wedding planning process itself! Thank you for my morning cup of inspiration. Sincerely, Paula Verbit
