There is some pretty cool stuff happening in the Creativity Room at my house…

It is a spider eating a bug. It happened like a yard from my meditation pillows and I thought it was so cool I just let them be…oh and I took photos!

Even though I have a love/hate thing going on with our cat Poppy I did capture quite a few impressive photos of her. She’s very expressive and has these amazing green eyes:

Can you guess what I did this past Saturday?

I have 28 winning photos this week. Woohoo! Which reminds me…when I was about to speak at the Social Media Bootcamp I realized that I’m not a Woo-Woo Coach…I’m a Woohoo Coach! Seriously folks, every time I’m in a group setting I get everyone pumped up with a good ‘ol woohoo! It feels so good. In fact, why don’t you give yourself a little woohoo right now? Go ahead…you’ll feel better, I promise!
Okay, now that we’ve got that out of the way I have continued with the 100 Things I Fear challenge and this past week I totally faced a classic fear: they’re going to think I’m stupid. Go ahead and click through to read that one because who hasn’t been afraid of looking stupid? You know what the really ironic thing about this fear is? You usually do something “stupid” when you’re not expecting it at all. So if the fear of looking stupid is holding you back, then go ahead and do whatever it is you’re thinking about doing because just the fact that you’re wondering about looking stupid probably means that you’re not going to look stupid. Did that just make sense?! I don’t know, but the bottom line is: just do it!
Enough rambling already…here are 4 of this week’s photographic gems and you can click through to my flickr set to view the rest. This week I posted inspirational messages with each photo so please click through, look, & read and make it worth all of my time & effort!
Question

One of the best ways to discover your answers is to ask
Submerge

Immerse yourself in what you love
Focus

Choose what to focus on – what will you see?
Independence

The best kind of independence is when you’re far enough away to stand on your own and close enough to stand together
Seriously I have 2 dozen more Weekly Winners with inspirational messages right here. Oh yeah, and please visit Lotus @ Sarcastic Mom the host of our little weekly photo party!

I met with my Think Tank this week. We get together and brainstorm for each other. It’s a great way to grow your business.

Corinne & Kate are awesome!

Then I went over to Santa Clara University to walk through the garden:

It’s a beautiful campus:

On Friday I went to a party and my favorite person was this cutie:

And on Saturday we were of course propped up in front of the tellie watching Cal football!

How was your week? I’d love to hear about it.

Oh crap! I almost forgot…this week I started 100 Things I Fear and it’s so damn cool! Check it out…
{note: I’m super swamped preparing for my last performance as Dorothy in the Wizard of SOM – I’m sorry if I’m not able to visit your site & comment on your photos this week. I so love connecting with everyone.}

This past week I went to visit Pam

so that I could meet her new baby Rothko

and he is adorable!

Then we went out to lunch at Morrocco’s

great food & incredible decor

pretty chairs

plus the coolest lighting in the bathroom!

After lunch we walked through a beautiful church

And on the way back to the car we spotted a tranquil plaza nestled in between the sky rises

with a sparkly fountain

and we simply had to stop and enjoy it.

What a fabulous day with an awesome woman & friend. Thanks Pamela!

What a fabulous week it’s been! And I thought it would be fun to publish excerpts from my journal with my Weekly Winners. In fact, the first photo is a photo of my journal. I went to the Louise Hay You Can Heal Your Life conference and here is a snapshot of the notes I took from a message delivered by Cheryl Richardson. How cool is she?!

My Gracie has known all along that when you stop trying to prove your worth that you discover how invaluable you truly are. She took a nap to celebrate!

Today I want you to imagine that your life is perfect. That it is a process designed just for you and you have the strength, courage, and wisdom to really ROCK IT OUT!

Imagine your relationships if you had no fear of rejection…

It’s okay to fly away from that which doesn’t serve you…even if you are related.

When you don’t know your power, you fight for it and lose it in the process.

This photo is my Weekly Winner today because it’s the only photo I took this week! I went to the park with my camera and when I turned it on I realized the battery was out of juice. Bummer. But, it’s still a winner!

“The Next Step is Only One Step”
Even when you can’t see clearly…the next step is still only one step. Of course, you probably wouldn’t want to be walking on the backrest of a park bench unless you were an ant, a ladybug, or a butterfly….but, I still like the perspective that the next step is only one step :~)
So often it’s hard to see directly in front of you. But, if you keep your eye on your greatest vision (why would you hold a vision that was less than the greatest?!), then even if you aren’t exactly sure what to do next – the vision can still come true. In fact, lots of times when you hold fast the reality ends up BETTER than the original idea.
And so it is.
