I have noticed a lot of people who let themselves get stressed about getting ahead and will step on whomever to get there. Sometimes the extra "drama" does make it less productive. I take a more laid back approach, try to stay out of those situations, and prove myself based on my good work ethic and dependability. I have noticed a lot of people who let themselves get stressed about getting ahead and will step on whomever to get there. Sometimes the extra “drama” does make it less productive.
