Oh wow...your roller coaster experience sounds exhilarating! I love your mantra:

I am safe. I am secure.

It reminds me of an epiphany I had not too long ago. It went something like this:

I am safe, which means I can take all the risks I want!

It totally loosened me up so that I could lighten up and move on with my plans.

Thank you so much for reminding me of this and supporting me through this. You rock!

The way I see it on Saturday you DID work on your challenge! Hear me out…You forgot on Friday, so that on Monday you could face the fear of coming clean and saying “oops, I forgot”. From the sounds of it, it seemed like a scary thing for you to admit but you did it and we love you all the same Keep up the good work!

Had intense weekend of fear facing. Proud of you for being strong Sunday.

As I'm going up, then back down the roller coaster, holding the hand of the man who literally dragged me into line before I realized where we were (and who went with me despite knowing it would make him sick! <3) I kept repeating to myself, "I am safe. I am secure." what I said to myself back when I first got talked into riding a roller coaster ten years ago.

I'm gonna start using that as my mantra more often when I do these scary things. Just remember, You are safe, You are secure. You've got your awesome hubby and all us here to support you!
