The easiest way to find out if coaching with me is the next best step for you is to experience it first-hand, which is why I offer all prospective clients a complimentary 30 minute session. We meet over the phone to get acquainted, answer any questions, and do some coaching around a topic of your choice. *Personal Coaching for Teens & Adults
Personal Coaching is a powerful partnership between amazing people! It is a discovery process where we collaborate to define your goals, create a plan, and set out to make it happen. Together we shine the light of awareness into the deepest parts of your mind, heart, and soul with the intent to overcome obstacles, clarify your purpose, expose the meaning, and deepen your understanding so that you can achieve all that you set out to do. You have two investment options as follows:
Part-time
- Two 50 minute sessions per month
- Co-created Practice Assignments in between sessions to help you integrate new skills
- Unlimited email support as needed
- Laser Coaching (10 minute phone support) in between regular sessions as needed
- Membership in our private on-line community *NEW*
- Investment is $300 per month or $800 for 3 months paid in advance (a $100 savings!)
Full-time
- Three 50 minute sessions per month
- Co-created Practice Assignments in between sessions to help you integrate new skills
- Unlimited email support as needed
- Laser Coaching (10 minute phone support) in between regular sessions as needed
- Investment is $400 per month or $1,100 for 3 months paid in advance (a $100 savings!)

Group Coaching is all about capturing the collective wisdom of like-hearted individuals, connecting with others going through similar experiences, and partnering to receive support, encouragement, and accountability.
